Zeekr has confirmed that the 2027 version of its flagship 001 shooting brake will arrive in the first quarter of 2027, according to a report from NetEase Auto. The announcement is part of the company's ongoing effort to disclose model updates earlier, giving buyers more time to plan their purchases.
The current 001, which was refreshed earlier this year, will receive new color options: a matte rock gray exterior and glacier gray interior, along with a green seatbelt that pays homage to the original model. The refreshed Zeekr 007 GT also gains a valley green exterior and dark green interior.
October purchase incentives
Zeekr is offering limited-time October deals on the refreshed 001. Buyers can choose between five-year zero-interest financing or two-year zero-interest with a 10,000 yuan (about $1,400) final payment discount. Those paying in full get a 12,000 yuan (about $1,700) discount or a 15,000 yuan (about $2,100) option fund. Prices for the 001 start at around 269,000 yuan (about $37,900) as a Chinese guide price before taxes and incentives.
The 2027 001 will retain the iconic shooting brake design and the full-stack 900V high-voltage architecture, Zeekr said. The company has not yet released detailed specifications, but the current model offers a CLTC range of up to 750 km (about 466 miles), which translates to an estimated 600-640 km (about 373-398 miles) on the more conservative WLTP cycle.
Global shooting brake leader
Zeekr claims its shooting brake models have surpassed 400,000 cumulative global deliveries, making it the best-selling brand in that segment. The company, which is part of Geely, has been expanding its lineup and international presence, with the 001 available in markets including Europe.
The early disclosure of the 2027 model is part of Zeekr's strategy to proactively communicate product plans, as noted by NetEase Auto. This approach aims to help consumers align their purchases with upcoming updates. The 2027 001 is expected to build on the current model's strengths, but Zeekr has not yet revealed pricing or full specifications.
