Naxin Micro, a Chinese supplier of analog and mixed-signal chips, has been recognized as one of China's top 100 new automotive supply chain companies at the 2026 Gasgoo Golden Award ceremony held in Shanghai. The award, organized by Gasgoo, an automotive industry media and data platform, honors innovation and industrialization in China's auto supply chain, according to the Chinese news outlet First Electric (D1EV).
Chip portfolio for smart vehicles
Naxin Micro focuses on three product lines: sensors, signal chains, and power management, providing semiconductor solutions for automotive, renewable energy, industrial automation, and smart terminals. In the electric vehicle sector, the company has established mass production in the 'three-electric' system (battery, motor, and electronic control) and is expanding into intelligent driving, smart cockpit, body control, lighting, chassis, and safety applications.
For precise sensing, Naxin Micro has launched an automotive-grade ultrasonic radar chip solution based on the AK2 standard, compatible with the DSI3 protocol. The probe chip NSUC1800 supports cross-brand interoperability between master and slave devices, with a near-field blind zone of less than 10 cm and a detection range of 6 to 7 meters, suitable for low-speed parking assistance. The company also offers the NSUC183x series of automotive-grade sunlight and rain sensors, which integrate various levels of analog front-end (AFE), system basis chip (SBC), and microcontroller (MCU) configurations to simplify sensor module design.
In high-speed connectivity, Naxin Micro introduced an automotive-grade SerDes chipset (NLS911x/NLS924x) based on the HSMT public protocol, supporting single-channel 6.4 Gbps transmission. The chipset has completed validation with leading domestic ADAS (advanced driver assistance systems) customers and is moving toward mass production. The company's automotive camera PMIC (NSR90332XX-Q1) integrates multiple low-noise power supplies and diagnostic protection, and has gained traction with major customers. For smart cockpits, the NSDA6934-Q1 automotive-grade Class D audio amplifier supports four channels with a maximum single-channel power of 75W and reduces audio transmission path latency by over 70% in low-latency mode.
Scale and reliability
In body control and lighting, Naxin Micro offers multi-channel integrated half-bridge drivers, high-current H-bridge drivers, and multi-channel LED drivers. The second-generation half-bridge driver has entered volume production, and the high-current H-bridge driver is shipping in large quantities. For intelligent chassis applications, the company provides sensing, driving, and protection chips for suspension, steering, and braking systems. The NSD36xx series supports suspension solenoid valve control and fault diagnosis, while the MT65xx series angle sensors provide position feedback for steering and braking. The NSD3661/2 phase-cut chips enable motor fault isolation, and the NSM41xx wheel speed sensors deliver wheel speed signals for braking and vehicle stability control.
In the first half of 2026, Naxin Micro shipped 534 million automotive chips, bringing its cumulative shipments to over 1.952 billion units. The company has obtained TÜV Rheinland ISO 26262 ASIL D functional safety management certification, reaching a 'Defined-Practiced' maturity level. Several of its automotive intelligence chips have passed validation, secured project designations, and entered mass production with leading customers.
The Gasgoo Golden Award, now in its eighth edition, focuses on 'Chinese solutions going global' and evaluates companies on innovation, technical feasibility, economic applicability, market recognition, and user experience. Naxin Micro's win underscores the growing role of domestic chip suppliers in China's electric vehicle supply chain.
