Hangzhou Turui Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (Turui Intelligent), a contract manufacturer specializing in embodied robots, has completed its first funding round, raising tens of millions of yuan, according to Gasgoo's Seeds Discovery column, as reposted by D1EV.
The round was co-led by industrial investors including Dongli Future Technology and Tongli Technology, along with individual investors Huang Yuexian and Liu Shaojie. The proceeds will be used to build an application pilot base for embodied intelligence, set up mass-production lines, and expand its senior talent team, the company said.
Full-stack core components and ODM capabilities
Turui Intelligent positions itself as a professional ODM (original design manufacturer) for embodied robots and a supplier of real-world scenario data. The company says it has developed full-stack core components in-house, covering high-precision integrated joints, general-purpose motion controllers, high-performance energy management systems, multi-form robot bodies, and data collection and training systems for embodied intelligence.
Based on this closed-loop technology stack, Turui Intelligent offers one-stop ODM customization, enabling rapid delivery of standardized development platforms for various robot forms across manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, and smart inspection scenarios. The company claims that its data-driven approach reduces customers' costs in algorithm debugging, hardware adaptation, and project deployment, helping lower the barrier to industrial-scale adoption of embodied intelligence.
With the new funds, Turui Intelligent will accelerate the construction of its pilot base, which will generate large volumes of real-world operational data for training embodied large models and iterating robot algorithms. It will also set up mass-production lines to convert its core technology advantages into stable batch delivery capabilities.
Context: embodied intelligence funding wave
The investment comes amid a broader surge in Chinese funding for embodied intelligence, a field that combines AI with physical robots capable of interacting with the real world. Turui Intelligent's focus on ODM services and data supply differentiates it from robot makers that sell finished products, as it aims to support other companies in deploying robotic solutions.
According to Gasgoo, startups featured in its Seeds Discovery column have almost all successfully connected with industry ecosystem resources, highlighting the platform's role in bridging early-stage companies with partners and investors.
