Gasgoo, a Chinese automotive information platform, held the eighth edition of its Golden Award ceremony in Shanghai on October 23, 2026, recognizing 30 companies for their growth potential in the electric-vehicle supply chain. The event, themed “Chinese Solutions Going Global,” highlighted the accelerating shift toward electrification and intelligence in the auto industry, according to Gasgoo.
Focus on Emerging Innovators
The “Most Growth Value” award targets innovative enterprises with core product competitiveness, strong teams, and development potential. Gasgoo said it evaluates not only technical distinctiveness and application prospects but also a company's ability to respond to industry needs, adapt to market changes, and sustain innovation. Under the annual theme, the ability to turn innovations into market-tested products and find space in broader markets is a key measure of growth value.
The award list includes Ignite by FORVIA HELLA, a joint venture between France's FORVIA and Germany's HELLA, which focuses on automotive electronics and lighting. The full list of 30 winners spans a wide range of sectors, including ADAS/AD (advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous driving), intelligent cockpits, smart chassis, automotive-grade chips, automotive software and artificial intelligence, powertrain electrification, battery swapping and charging, body and interior components, new materials and advanced manufacturing, and embodied intelligence and cross-disciplinary technologies.
Recognizing Supply Chain Strength
Gasgoo's Golden Award also covers its “Top 100 New Supply Chain” list, which identifies leading companies and technologies across these core tracks. The platform said its mission is to “discover good companies, promote good technology, and achieve automotive professionals,” aiming to set industry benchmarks and guide high-quality development in China's auto industry.
Gasgoo has opened pre-applications for the 2027 Golden Award, inviting global automotive innovators to participate. The event underscores the growing importance of supply chain innovation, technological breakthroughs, and sustainable development in China's rapidly evolving EV ecosystem.
