Jetour Shanhai L7 PLUS launches two new ADAS variants starting at 139,900 yuan

Jetour has expanded its Shanhai L7 PLUS lineup with two new driver-assistance-focused variants, priced from 139,900 yuan (about $19,700), featuring the Falcon 700 lidar-based system with urban NOA capabilities.

Jetour has introduced two new variants of its Shanhai L7 PLUS, both equipped with advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). The 220KM ZhiXiang Elite Edition is priced at 139,900 yuan (about $19,700), while the 220KM LiDAR Luxury Edition costs 149,900 yuan (about $21,100). These are Chinese guide prices before taxes and incentives, according to a report from NetEase Auto.

Powertrain and range

The new variants are powered by a 1.5L hybrid engine paired with the Kunpeng Super Hybrid C-DM 6.0 system. The engine delivers 82 kW (110 hp) and 137 Nm of torque, with a thermal efficiency of 46.09%. Combined system output reaches 267 kW (358 hp) and 417 Nm. The 1.5T version, available on other variants, offers 115 kW (154 hp) and 220 Nm, with system output of 300 kW (402 hp) and 500 Nm.

All Shanhai L7 PLUS models come with a 32.66 kWh battery, providing a pure-electric range of 220 km (CLTC). That translates to an estimated WLTP range of around 176-187 km, as CLTC figures are typically 15-20% more optimistic. Combined range is up to 1,700 km, supported by a 70-litre fuel tank. Fast charging can take the battery from 30% to 80% in 20 minutes.

Smart driving and interior

The LiDAR Luxury Edition features the Falcon 700 system, which uses a lidar array and 27 sensors, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8650 chip with 200 TOPS of computing power. It supports highway NOA (navigate-on-autopilot) without high-definition maps, plus city NOA (urban advanced driver assistance) and smart parking. Some city NOA and parking functions will be enabled via over-the-air updates in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The ZhiXiang Elite Edition is equipped with the Falcon 500 system, offering highway NOA and cross-floor memory parking. Both new variants use the 1.5L engine, joining the previously launched 1.5TD LiDAR flagship to give buyers three ADAS options.

Inside, the Shanhai L7 PLUS features a 15.6-inch rotating 2.5K screen, a 17.3-inch ceiling-mounted display, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon SA8255 cockpit chip with 24GB RAM and 256GB storage. The TOUR OS 3.2 system includes iFlytek's Spark AI voice assistant and supports CarPlay, HUAWEI HiCar, and Carlink, with some connectivity features arriving via OTA in late 2026.

The seven-seat SUV measures 4,810 mm long, 1,930 mm wide, and 1,705 mm tall, with a 2,820 mm wheelbase. It offers 32 seat configurations and four reclining modes. Luggage capacity is 732 litres in five-seat mode, expanding to 1,708 litres with the rear seats folded. The cabin includes 43 storage compartments, a 6.4-litre console fridge, and a 20-litre hidden fridge in the trunk.

Safety features include a body with 86% high-strength steel, 21% hot-formed steel, and an IP68-rated battery pack. The suspension uses CDC electromagnetic dampers. Jetour provides a lifetime warranty on the vehicle and its electric components.
